Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the GDPR
SeaLab, LLC legal basis for collecting and using the personal
information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal
Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
For purposes of compliance with the GDPR, “Personal Data” shall have
the same definition as provided in the GDPR, and includes, but is not
limited to: any information relating to an identified or identifiable
person (a “data subject”). The identifiers of a person may include,
but is not limited to: an EUR’s name, email address, identification
number, photo, location data, online identifier (e.g., IP address,
social media info), and other factors that are specific to the
physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social
identify of the EUR.
SeaLab, LLC may process your Personal Data because:
- We need to perform a contract with you
- You have given us permission to do so
- The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights
- To comply with the law
Retention of Data
SeaLab, LLC will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is
necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.
We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to
comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to
retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and
enforce our legal agreements and policies.
SeaLab, LLC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis
purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of
time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to
improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated
to retain this data for longer periods. Usage data may also be
collected for purposes of sending you direct mail.

Under certain circumstances, SeaLab, LLC may be required to disclose
your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid
requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

SeaLab, LLC may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief

Mouseflow. Mouseflow tracks usage behaviors such as

thirty (30) days.

Bing Ads Remarketing. Bing Ads remarketing service is
provided by Microsoft Inc.
